“Wow, I Want What They Have: Sanctified Marriage: Heavens Above “For Better or Worse” written by Pastor K. Bruce Brown is a book that encompasses marriage, yet speaks of connecting to God as our Abba Father first. Offering great insight to those who would seek to come up higher in marriage, and all of their relationships!

Pastor K. Bruce Brown presents a book that builds faith, reveals the spiritual realm, coining the phrase, “Earth Life Bias” (ELB), and offers readers instruction on how to build a solid foundation in Christ, while increasing in faith, love, joy, and peace as a citizen of Heaven. He welcomes all to the family of God while offering a new perspective approach to living the triumphant plan God has for your life here on Earth, marriage included.

As an overall theme, Pastor K. Bruce Brown presents an understanding of “postmodernism” that has turned the truth upside down. This is an important point. Stating that the world is at an “end time” high of tolerating ungodly behaviors; we must teach our children the Word of God and God’s ways. In case you had not noticed the state’s desire to take your children. Therefore, the Pastor strongly urges Christians to continually seek His Kingdom first, above all else.

This book carries weightiness and holiness and is a timely word for all Christians, married or not. With keen insight, Pastor K. Bruce Brown sounds a call for change. His book offers valuable life-changing information. Some could compare this book to gazing through a prism of light with many multi-faceted colors, emanating from each angle. The author speaks in plain terms but opens eyes and ears to both the earthly realm and the heavenly realm revealing the two kingdoms that collide here on Earth.

*Additionally, in the latter part of the book, the author discusses the book of Daniel. He speaks about the end times and builds faith, answering questions one might have.

This book comes highly recommended for those looking to delve into a deep and dedicated relationship, seeking to know their Abba Father, and His ways, and bring their life and marriage to a Kingdom level of living and breathing in the Kingdom. A wonderful read!

This is the book believers should be looking for.

Conventual preaching places a huge focus on believing Jesus and God’s promises are real. But then what? What is actually promised? Why are we even here? How do we make disciples? How do we live our daily lives in such a world? All the answers are here to experience life with our Abba Father, today, tomorrow, and forever.

The Divine Spirit World

227982.jpg

Conventional preaching is much too timid about the divine spirit world and believers must learn to embrace it to live in it. First, we see the material world, the earth, and then we are supposed to see the divine spirit world into which we will eventually merge.

Which things also we speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Spirit teacheth; combining spiritual things with spiritual words. Now the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him; and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually judged.

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, and he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he should instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:13-16).

Earth-life Bias ELB)

Earth-life bias (ELB) is our label for the enemy’s work in humans. The label is important because the work of the enemy is so pervasive in our lives that we need a way to isolate it from the people infected by it.

The enemy has power over us; the blame must first fall on the enemy until we learn how to escape ELB. This chapter draws our attention to the significant successes of ELB in our lives, especially in church where we least expect it.

Mathew 16:23 illustrates our point,But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art a stumbling-block unto me: for thou mindset not the things of God, but the things of men.

Jesus separated the enemy from Peter and focused on the enemy. The more believers see that separation in our daily lives, the stronger our faith and relationship with our Abba Father is.

the family relationship

The Family relationship with our Abba Father in his divine spirit world is the only model for this life that delivers the full joy, peace, and glory that our Abba Father created for us. In other words, put off the focus on avoiding the fiery pit and focus on experiencing the full peace, joy, and glory created for us.

The Scripture describes our relationship with our Abba Father through his Son, who delivers us as a beautiful bride waiting patiently in perfect faith for her groom who sacrificed his life for his bride. Then, with all the joy, peace, and glory flowing through us, we share it with others as guests at the wedding.

The Family relationship helps complete our Abba Father’s plan for his children on this earth because he is committed to working through the two families he created; both the material and the divine spirit families.

Sanctified Marriage

Almost everything our Abba Father says about husband and wife applies to all believers in their relationship with him and each other.  Only then are we ready to experience an incredible sanctified marriage with our Savior, our spouse, and each other.

Using both a sanctified marriage vow to our Abba Father and a civil marriage contract was always the correct answer for marriage in our postmodern progressive society and it is not too late. Existing believer couples can easily lift their existing “for better or worse” marriages into “sanctified marriages” and glorify our Abba Father in them.

Several years ago, I started thinking about the need for the church to create what I call “sanctified marriage” to elevate godly marriage vows above secular marriage contracts as secular marriage continues to deteriorate in our postmodern society.

Daniel

This chapter needs a few reads; our Abba Father packed it full. When I was ready to submit my manuscript, I prayed on it and asked if it was finished. The voice I hear often comes into my head with, “you need more Daniel.” I looked again, and the reveal amazed me. The result was this sub-section of the book, and it lights up my flock.

Daniel and the Revelation of Jesus Christ are about the end time, but Daniel shows us much about our Abba Father controlling the world including modern times. Jesus said that not even he knew the “when,” so the “when” cannot be in the Scripture. Forget about the “when” and focus on being ready because our time is near no matter when Jesus returns.

Our Abba Father planned this life for us and told us to glorify him in it. Our goal here is to grow our faith for that purpose, not solve puzzles.
